A portmanteau derived from 'architecture' and Kylee's surname, 'Tyra'.
In an idealistic space, time and resources are infinite. There are no limits to the possibilities of what a studio can be; a creative space, a place for conversation, inspiration, presentations, and productivity (or procrastination); a home, a place for sleeping (or staying up past midnight), sharing meals with friends, watching movies, and photographing the moonrise. It's a commonality among people.
Studio Archityra is more than just a person—it's a token of appreciation for art, camaraderie, and spending time doing what you love.

About
Kylee is an illustrator specializing in observational drawing and watercolor painting. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in architecture from Texas Tech University, and uses architectural inquiry and experiences from abroad to shape her artistic perspective.
Practising under the name Studio Archityra, Kylee’s work is categorized by fine details, structured compositions, and personal narratives. She depicts still lifes, found objects, and specific vantage points to induce recollections of space, time, and interaction within the material environment.
Driven by the ephemerality of time and memories, she continuously documents embodied experience—one’s perception of reality and phenomena—into structured and diagrammatic artworks. Her illustrations capture the tranquility in the breadth of a passing moment, acting as a token for contemplation and a reminder of shared existence.
Artist's Statement
To fully immerse myself in an experience is to notice the surrounding objects and how they compose the environment. As I’ve passed through notable periods of my life, memory becomes more valuable because it ages with time. By giving value to the minutiae of everyday life, I become more observant of my surroundings, thereby enhancing the quality of my interactions and ability to recall experiences. Through illustration, I can record intangible and impermanent images—whether from memory or direct observation—as an act of reflection and appreciation.
I find that objects and architecture best implicate signs of life because they’re the souvenirs we live with and interact with daily. Their depiction fosters a mystique about the context in which they were drawn and the people who composed them. Through the complementary use of pen and watercolor, illustrations are enlivened, offering insight into everyday objects and experiences in relation to the passage of time.
